   Hands 4Life strives to improve the quality of life for the world\'s seniors by establishing assisted living homes and community outreach programs in developing nations. Over the next 3 decades, the global number of older persons is projected to double. 62% of people over 60 live in developing countries and by 2050 this number will have risen to 80%. Hands 4Life believes no one should be left behind and strives to protect the elderly’s human rights and give them respect, dignity and purpose. Hands 4Life concept grew from the realization that most missionary organizations focus on the needs of children, family housing, education, medical issues, and nutrition but, what is lacking is the care for the elderly. Rights do not change as we age, but sadly what does change is older men and women are considered to be inherently less valuable to society. These threats to dignity can make us more susceptible to neglect, abuse, and violation of rights. By focusing on one community at a time, Hands 4Life will help restore and protect this vulnerable population.Establishing an assisted living home that provides for the elderly’s physical and spiritual restoration is a sound investment in a future where people can have the opportunity to live a longer and healthier life.
