As an Account Manager for national and regional, large and small customers, I work to provide my customers knowledge, expertise, and options for their supply chain needs. I utilize all forms of communications to connect and stay in communication with customers and key players, from shipping, purchasing, program management, and the C Level. These business relationships are key to gaining a comprehensive understanding of a customers business model, supply chain needs, and challenges and then develop appropriate solutions and sales strategies. With the advantage of 18 different logistics solutions I develop and present stand alone or turn-key solutions that offer the customer the power to make the best operational and cost decisions.
