Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense is a leading company that specializes in creating essential products for the aerospace and defense industries. They design and manufacture various devices, such as pyrotechnics, electronic initiators, and detonating cords, and supply initiation, separation, and flight destruct hardware for commercial and government launches which play crucial roles in ensuring the safety and success of aerospace missions and defense operations. A graduate of the University of Hartford earning her M.S. in Organizational Psychology, Stacy enjoys leading a marketing team to promote workplace motivation and performance development. She has been in the education field in admissions and marketing for over 15 years at private schools and in higher education.
