Lead recruiting team and recruit tech leadership in the areas of technical product, React/Go/Node engineering, Site Reliability and Data Science. Yum! Connect, a start-up owned by Yum Brands, focuses on e-commerce and digital SaaS & PaaS products for KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, & the Habit Burger Grill. Products include: 1) Ecommerce Platform, 2) Next Gen POS system (Android based), 3) Menu Management Platform and 4) Back of House and Super App for Franchisees to run their restaurants from their mobile device. Scaled rapidly since 2020 hiring an average of 150 digital employees each year. Manage technology vendors and negotiate contracts, lead quarterly reviews with senior leadership, facilitate new hire focus groups to improve candidate experience, and assist with the annual budget. Partner & build relationships with hiring managers (including CIO\'s, CPO\'s, & VP\'s), HR, legal, finance, compensation, and benefits. Lead debrief and intake meetings with leadership, participate in projects to include diversity & inclusion, metrics, digital compensation and ATS selection at KFC. As of 8/23, took on an additional assignment as Technical Product Owner for KFC\'s Website.
