As a pro performer since the age of 5, my life has been spent immersed in the arts. Being named Star Search\'s Jr. Dance Champ at the age of 7 catapulted my career in the industry bringing a long list of opportunities my way as an adolescent- the Italian variety show Zechino D\'Oro, America\'s Dance Honors, the EDGE Scholarship Show, & For Our Children ft. Paula Abdul. On a full scholastic scholarship from ASU, I kept my passion balanced w/ my studies majoring in Business & minoring in Dance. Upon graduation, I took to the high seas performing for Princess Cruise Lines prior to beginning 18 yrs as a Radio City Rockette. During my Rockette tenure, I\'ve danced on the Tony Awards, Macy\'s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Christmas Tree Lighting @ Rockefeller Center, Today Show, Meredith Vieira Show, Wendy Williams Show, Chew, Michael Buble\'s Christmas Special, Mariah Carey\'s Holiday Concert @ MSG, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, & Hallmark\'s A Holiday Spectacular movie. In addition to performing, my teaching, judging, and choreo experience is vast. Since I\'ve been part of the Varsity Spirit family as a Head Instructor, Choreographer, Adjudicator, & Master Teacher. For the past 15 years, I\'ve been inspiring & motivating the next generation of dancers @ Spotlight Events wearing many hats including Judge Supervisor, Event Staffing Manager, Integrator, & Creative Director.Dancers are my people. As someone with equal right and left brained tendencies, I strive to be an advocate for creatives while representing the business side, diligently educating artists on the needs of the organization they work for. My many decades in the entertainment industry means I have a wide network of artists I\'ve connected with over the years. I enjoy bringing open opportunities to qualified talent.I\'m a direct communicator that is loyal, dependable, & professional. Properly identified as Deliberate (CliftonStrengths), I carefully weigh every choice to arrive at high quality, solid decisions. I\'m a forward thinker able to identify and minimize future obstacles. With a keen eye for observation, I often see things others do not and am able to unbiasedly look @ things from multiple sides. Being both thoughtful & detail oriented, pre-planning and preparation is a priority. These qualities mean I\'m often sought out for advice or council as a reliable sounding board for artists & business owners alike to think through their decisions. Dance is the greatest expression of joy that I know. Lets work to keep the world a beautiful place filled with art & creative expression.
