We provide them with information on key points of your company and the position to increase the likelihood of them being interested and eventually accepting a position. We assist with compensation negotiation, decreasing the probability of acceptance of a counteroffer, and keep in contact after they become your new employee to understand their perceptions of the organization and their new position.
