I’m a seasoned multifamily executive, leader and strategist. I specialize in motivating on-site teams to perform at higher levels, leading to an overall improvement in the financial performance of all my assets. As a Regional Vice President, I successfully supervise portfolios and teams across wide geographic areas with assets in economically diverse and challenging markets.I am known for my hands-on approach in collaborating with my property managers to help provide our residents with an exceptional home and community. Together our mission is to ensure quality standards are maintained while achieving maximum revenue and customer satisfaction.I believe in empowerment. Nothing is more fulfilling than being a mentor; spending time with emerging leaders within my company and watching them become successful in their own right.My involvement with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association has also afforded me the opportunity to collaborate with others within the multifamily industry. During my years of service on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, I have worked with the association to provide extensive resources to our members and establish the best practices within our field.I love making new professional acquaintances.
