My work exists at the intersection of higher ed and everything beyond it. I am a nationally recognized expert in graduate student professional development. I work with programs across all disciplines to ensure that ALL their students are receiving regular, high quality professional development that will prepare them to enter today\'s challenging job market. I have written on this topic for the Chronicle of Higher Ed and the LA Review of Books. I have also worked closely with scholars, especially in the humanities, on developing public facing work, and with humanities departments on redesigning their curricula to appeal to today\'s students.
