   Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in support of the mission, business plan, and overall strategic direction of Riverbanks Zoo and Garden. Oversee and manage the annual marketing and media plan including the development of the creative direction, messaging and execution of the media buy. Develop and manage comprehensive budget and revenue strategies in conjunction with Riverbanks’ strategic business plan. Direct the special events team in developing and executing key annual events that are aligned with the Riverbanks mission, increase attendance and drive revenue. Develop and manage the annual social media strategy, oversee all social media channels and content as well as analytic and data driven metrics to maximize reach and impactful content. Develop and monitor all long and short-term goals and objectives for the Marketing department by analyzing visitor demographics data, attendance trends, and visitor survey results. Assist in the development of park-wide goals and objectives to support the Riverbanks mission.
