As Senior Director of Global Talent for Executive Search at Comcast, I partner with the business to hire transformative VP and C-suite leaders who drive growth, innovation and shape strategy. With more than 25 years of human resources, search and talent leadership experience, I focus on placing leaders where their strengths, ambition, and the business’s direction are genuinely aligned.I have built and led large global recruiting organizations and work as a hands-on leader who develops recruiters into trusted advisors while building scalable, high-performing executive search functions. I advise leaders across the organization on executive hiring decisions, aligning business priorities with individual strengths to create mutual growth and meaningful impact. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of three, an active supporter of animal rescue, a longtime foodie and have a passion for interior design.
