About Stacy Lorts
I am a producer working across feature films, documentaries, animation and commercials.Working with Oscar-nominated director Irene Taylor, I produced and supervised production for feature documentaries I Am: Celine Dion (Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios), Trees and Other Entanglements (HBO), and a soon-to-be announced film with MAX. I began my career in development at Fox Pictures assisting on films such as The Devil Wears Prada, Marley and Me and Walk The Line. Later serving as Executive Director of Development at Laika in Portland, I optioned and developed material for feature stop-motion animated films including The Boxtrolls, Kubo and the Two Strings and the upcoming adaptation of the book Wildwood. My background in commercial production includes my time as Head of Production at Sockeye Creative where I produced campaigns and content for global and local companies.
