I am a Licensed Broker in Indiana, professionally coached by the @MikeFerryOrganization. I am also a member of MIBOR, NAR and hold a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation. While I enjoy working with all buyers, sellers, for sale by owners and expired listings, I specialize in helping seniors transition from their current property into senior living care facilities. The most important part of my work is to protect the seller’s equity and get the most money at closing for them. I understand the overwhelming emotions involved in leaving the home they’ve been at for decades and moving into their next home. I play an active role in every transaction I facilitate: I provide a pre-listing packet and specific plan of action that is customized to sell each home I list. I have knowledge of the facilities from touring them personally, including assisted living and the full continuum of care facilities, and recommend options for each client. It’s important to have a strong negotiator who understands the three main areas of negotiation: contract, inspection, and appraisal. I use negotiation to advocate for the best interest of every client. In addition to facilitating the real estate transaction, I help connect sellers with people who specialize in downsizing, cleaning, moving and elder law so the move is seamless and stress-free. My goal is always to bring both compassion and excitement to every seller’s experience. I work closely with the family to ensure the client’s needs are fully met and understood.How can we work together?
