Since March, 2004, when Stacy presented the USA\'s case for membership to IPMA\'s Council of Delegates, he has participated in a wide range of IPMA activities, including management of a major education project, and service as Vice President of Marketing & Events from 20••••14. In 2015, Stacy was named an IPMA Honorary Fellow, in acknowledgement of his contributions to IPMA, to the project/program management profession, and to society. For those who are not yet familiar with IPMA, it is the World\'s first Professional PM society, and the only PM society that awards professionally-assessed, Competence-based certifications of Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, Project Directors, and Portfolio Managers.
