   Promoted to oversee all aspects of administrative services, I manage policies and programs supporting 19K employees within the corporate office and retail stores across North America. To this effect, I maintain accountability for the daily activities of the Travel & Entertainment, Facilities, Print Shop, and Mail Room departments as well as reception and an on-site daycare, encompassing upward of 20 employees. I also sustain relationships with a network of vendors and corporate partners, control budgets, track performance metrics, and produce reports for submission to corporate leadership.Highlights of my contributions include:• Taking on additional responsibilities during the pandemic following a furlough of 90% of staff.• Managing an end-to-end $2M contact center remodel project, from design and vendor selection to build out and finishing.• Minimizing disruption while guiding major department moves within a 206K square foot building, including floor moves involving 100+ employees, maintaining detailed floorplans in Visio.• Improving transparency by creating and publishing a weekly newsletter in Publisher, soliciting stories from all departments and communicating corporate news.• Enhancing company culture by launching monthly employee events as well as annual outings for 550+ employees and their families as well as off-site management retreats.• Ensuring the seamless adoption of a new Bright Wheel check-in/check-out software program for the daycare in 2019.
