I’m a jack of all trades project manager and Recruiting Director. I’m a Recruiting professional with a solid background in Human Resources generalist work and Recruiting. My work experience includes managing full life cycle recruitment efforts for a nationwide non-profit and working with C-Level Executives such as CEOs, Embassy Diplomats, Division Managers, Board Members and Marketing & Communications teams to help get things done. I have over 10 years of in-house and international recruiting experience and HR Generalist experience, including PHR certification. I love building teams and making companies function better. My advanced degree in Business (Masters in Tourism Administration) shows my passion for education, lifelong learning through diverse cultures, and my personal belief in travel as a means to world peace. My continuing professional education in the Essentials of Human Resource Management shows my desire to learn more about People Operations as the backbone of an organization. My certification as a PHR (Professional Human Resources via HRCI) highlights my dedication to the HR field and life long learning. I currently manage a team of 7 recruiting staff nationwide, and I love connecting with people!
