I am passionate about integrated primary care, federally qualified health centers and health care built in and for communities. I build programs and services for underserved and overlooked communities with a focus on medical, behavioral health and social determinants of health. My expertise lies in strategic thinking, process optimization favoring excellent patient care, and removing barriers for frontline clinical teams to deliver care. As a practicing clinician, I have deep clinical knowledge and experience working with people who identify as LGBTQ, people living in rural communities, people who use drugs and trauma.I asked coworkers, former reports and supervisors to help me articulate my career superpowers and contributions.
