   Senior UX design resource for the following enterprise software projects- Employee Benefit Management Application - Consolidated multiple applications into one for employees to self manage travel benefits and for administrative users to use for employee support. Worked with HR stakeholders on functional & business requirements, conducted usability testing and responsible for all design production- Aircraft Maintenance Tracking Application - Updated 20+ year old system used for tracking scheduled maintenance checks at vendor facilities. Worked with technical operations stakeholders on discovery research, functional & business requirements, usability testing and responsible for all design production- Mainframe Migration - Migration of mainframe application used by over a dozen teams including load planning, fueling, cargo and flight operations engineering. Conducted discovery research, worked with stakeholders on functional requirements and managed offshore production design resources- Customer Service Application - Part of a large cross-functional team charged with redesigning global Call Center Reservation and Customer Support software used by agents world-wide.
