Litigate and arbitrate complex disputes involving international and national oil and gas matters, breach of contract, covenants not to compete, non solicitation agreements, tortious interference, and trade secrets. Provide counsel to clients regarding diverse issues including groundwater contamination (perchloroethylene and others), CERCLA, RCRA, water rights disputes, Super Fund matters, chemical exposures, industrial hygiene, regulatory matters, and environmental insurance. Serve as National Coordinating Counsel for a chemical manufacturing company in over 30 states. As NCC, manage a docket of over 500 cases coordinating motion practice, discovery responses, document production, expert depositions and motions across nation.
