Stacy is a 3rd-generation Law Enforcement Officer born and raised in Philadelphia. Her Grandfather and Father both served on the Philadelphia Police Department and Stacy was a Probation/Parole Officer in Philadelphia as well. She possesses a M.S. in Computer Science and Cyber Security (Magna Cum Laude), and a B.A. in both Psychology and Criminal Justice, both from Saint Joseph’s University.She is a course author for, and Associate Professor in, the Graduate Cybersecurity program at St. Joseph\'s University, and has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Undergraduate Cybersecurity program at Drexel University.She is also the Director of Information Security for the deLuca Levine Law Firm and serves as their subject-matter-expert for cybersecurity subrogation claims.She is one of the former owners of Everest Technologies (everesttek.com) where she served as the VP of Services & Security. She was responsible for obtaining, monitoring, and maintaining the organization’s ISO27001:2013 certification along with all other aspects of their security apparatus.Stacy is one of the co-founders of Wolfinger Consulting, LLC (formerly Wolfinger Forensics), a boutique information security consultancy. She brings Wolfinger Consulting her experience in Information Security Policy, Procedure and Enforcement, ISO27001:2013 Certification and Maintenance, Evidence Handling, and Data Collection. With experience as a paralegal as well, she has perspectives on both the vendor and law-firm sides of data security issues.
