My passion is to teach people new ways to experience PEACE and fulfillment within themselves and in relationships. PeaceBox serves the workplace, schools and community by teaching Mindfulness techniques for stress reduction accessible to everyone.Applying 30 years experience as a successful sales professional and sales manager for major educational corporations, coaching individuals and teams is second nature to me. I founded PeaceBox, LLC after I received certification in 2014 from McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, AZ to teach Meditation and Mindfulness. I have taught mindfulness techniques to groups and individuals at Whole Foods Market, Mellanox Technologies, Meditation Bar, Lake Austin Spa, and Mecca Gym & Spa to name a few. On January 7, 2017 we announced the GRAND OPENING of PeaceBox, a mobile meditation and mindfulness training venue where we host group classes, private individual sessions, and events to promote inner awareness, fulfillment and peace. We periodically host Silent Retreats, Creative Writing & Meditation Retreats and will begin hosting Corporate Retreats in late 2017.On June 25 we announced the opening of a SECOND mobile unit: PEACEBOX ON THE MOVE. This unit brings Mindfulness to the Workplace, Schools and Community for on-site training for any length of time.\"I am especially passionate about connecting with companies that want to bring the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation to the workplace.
