ABOUT STACY STRAATEMEIER
I partner closely with leaders, hiring managers, and teams to find top talent to fill their roles. I support a variety of teams and positions throughout Redwood. Redwood Materials is creating a domestic battery supply chain to drive down the cost and environmental footprint of lithium-ion batteries and the energy applications they power. Our integrated process involves recycling batteries at end of life, refining their critical minerals, and remanufacturing battery materials, including cathode active material, to go back into new battery production.We recently announced our new business unit, Redwood Energy. As more batteries reach end-of-life, we’ve discovered that many still retain more than 50% of their usable capacity, enough to be put back to work before recycling. We are able to deliver low-cost, fast, and scalable energy with batteries we already have.Come help us close the loop!
