Responsible for ensuring the Seamless Collaboration portfolio of offerings are ready to Sell, Deploy, and Delivery. Deliver strategic vision and roadmap for the offerings comprising value propositions and solutions. Monitor the ever-changing technology markets and evolve the offerings to respond to industry and customer demands. Function as the evangelist and thought leader for the solutions in the portfolio while defining what is to be included. Ensure solutions provide tools needed to collaborate effectively, be productive, and provide the best employee experience whether remote, hybrid, or in-office. Work with global sales teams to review market and client demands to deliver business development and targeting model that will enable growth and conduct enablement sessions for sale, presales, and delivery teams on the solutions. Work with the delivery organization to ensure strategy, timelines, resource requirements, and responsibilities to meet the desired business outcomes. Collaborate with managers to respond to industry analyst reports. Draft standard SOW templates and work with pricing teams to create and update cost models.
