M&A transaction experience providing outsourced corporate development services across small to mid-market companies through SLR Consulting; adding and building portfolio investments for Sammons Enterprises—a family office with over $40 billion in consolidated assets in diversified holdings; and working in the tax M&A advisory group at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
