Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy to meet the needs of the organization, strengthen the recruiting model and programs, and deliver on current and planned hiring needs with best in class internal and external talents; Partner with division leaders and hiring managers to ensure sourcing, recruiting and hiring systems are aligned with the District\'s strategic staffing requirements. Nov 2016 - April 2017 Compensation Project: Involved in the design, development and implementation of compensation programs including base pay, salary administration, job descriptions and evaluations and salary/market pricing analyses. • Work collaboratively with the business divisions and departments to develop and implement competitive pay structures• Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels, job titles and salary structures• Conduct ongoing market and trend analysis of compensation programs to ensure consistent and equitable administration of compensation plans, and recommend changes to program designs as needed• Provide compensation analysis, data modeling, forecasts, reports, and presentations as needed senior management and internal partners, and provide recommendations for compensation programs• Advise HR Partners and business leaders on compensation related issues based upon policy, internal equity and market data• Assist in the development of job descriptions• Maintain data for all job documentation, job descriptions and databases related to job structures and job families• Develop and prepare employee compensation communications, materials and managerial guides for the implementation of various compensation projects
