After 8 years with Millridge Commercial Real Estate, Stacy began her own firm in January 2019 - Milburn Commercial Partners. Stacy specializes in investment sales but is well versed in many commercial sectors. Her investment sales include multifamily, flex/warehouse and office and has crossed the state from Wilmington to Asheville. Stacy received the elite CCIM designation in 2017. She served for five years on the TCAR (Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors) Board of Directors and served as President for one. Stacy was recently honored with TCAR\'s President\'s Circle Award which is based on excellent leadership and service to the commercial real estate industry. She also earned the Elite Broker Award for Small Firms for a third time.
