I owned a reputable business for over 25+ years in the beauty industry and thought I knew everything there was to know about personal care products. I prided myself on knowing the newest and greatest products on the market. I was skeptical until I was educated that they ban over 2800 ingredients in their products. & test rigorously so that chemicals tied to hormone disruption, cancer and other health issues are NEVER in the product line. Beautycounter is incredibly authentic & doing something great for the world. We want to not only educate people so they can be informed consumers but also to get everyone to make small life changes for better health overall. Small changes, big impact. My decision to become a consultant was & continues to be truly life changing. With lightening speed it evolved into an enormous opportunity to not only effect change in this industry but to also help me grow personally. It\'s given me the ability to help others with their health concerns & introduce safe and high performing products, not to mention introducing a new or additional revenue stream that is not only financially rewarding but simultaneously empowering and inspiring.
