   Close to a decade ago I decided to built a company with my husband that can stand out in the world of logistics. One that runs on strong values, ethics, and focus on people. A company that people can come and work and feel like they are contributing to a bigger purpose. That provides safe-work place and direction to every one who chooses to show up. Some of my responsibilities are- Oversaw finances and developed an Accounting department that doubled in revenue in 2 years from for in revenue in 2018 and conducted due diligence to maintain financial stability and accountability- Managed company-wide budgets, payroll, accounting and all other financial operations- Created performance measurements to monitor and evaluate organizational achievements. Ones I\'m most passionate about- Developed 2 internal candidates to Manage the Accounting Department and the Human Resource Department for general management promotion opportunities- Fostered strong relationships with customers and employees in making sure we are always maintaining open communication- Directed safety operations and maintained clean work environment in adherence to FDA and OSHA requirements.
