Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the campus. This position originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an associate-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes exceptional everyday experiences through engagement, LEC policy creation and revision, empowerment, continuous improvement, and the recruitment, retention and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This role supervises other Human Resources staff members.• Maintains organizational and departmental infrastructure regarding processes, policies and procedures and metrics that support the achievement of LEC\'s business goals and campus needs• Reviews, revises, and creates relevant policy and procedure protocol in tandem with Sr. Dir, HR• Stays ahead of new legislation affecting operations at LEC and makes appropriate recommendations• Manages HR budget for assigned campus• Maintain structure of Teams Composition, definitions of which position belongs in which level• Direct the process for creating new positions such that job descriptions and teams designations match appropriately across the system• Manages pipeline of campus applicants and interview process, to ensure adequate staffing• Partners with campus leadership to increase retention by creating exceptional everyday experiences for associates; serves as adviser to campus leadership team regarding HR issues• Addresses and resolves campus level associate relations issues• Oversees campus implementation of corporate performance management, benefit and compensation plans• Maintains compliance to all regulatory requirements concerning associates• Leads associate orientation to organization, development efforts, and needs assessments
