Stacy, a former partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, is passionate about serving and advising her clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives. She is experienced in the areas of accounting, finance, business transformations including mergers and acquisitions and IPOs, digital transformation and process optimization, internal controls and corporate governance, risk management and oversight, and human capital management.Her breadth of experience serving a diversified set of clients across the spectrum from newly formed start-ups to large multi-national public companies in a variety of industries including technology and software-as-a-service, communications, business-process outsourcing, hospitality, real estate, building materials, mining, and retail and consumers, shows her ability to be nimble, agile, and able to navigate any company in any industry. As an audit partner with PwC, Stacy expertly advised her clients through accounting, reporting, and disclosure of complex transactions in a succinct and plain-English manner. Additionally, she advised them through transformative changes in their business operations, structure, strategy, and geographical reach. She is known for being collaborative and engaging with her stakeholders, listening to varying perspectives, and building consensus amongst varied stakeholders. In addition to her audit partner role, she also served as the lead implementation partner for PwC\'s Tech-enabled audit which delivered transformational changes across PwC\'s audit delivery model in the US by simplifying, standardizing and centralizing certain audit activities by incorporating business process improvements, technology enhancements, and personnel development. Throughout her career, Stacy championed the personal development and advancement of her team members, providing coaching and mentoring to numerous employees in order to help them achieve their personal and professional objectives. Stacy also led PwC Austin\'s community engagement with various not-for-profit organizations which she has continued post-PwC in her roles on the Audit / Finance Committees of The United Way of Greater Austin and The Trail Conservancy.On a personal note, Stacy enjoys golfing, skiing, travelling, and trying new recipes in her kitchen. She is also an amateur photographer.
