ABOUT STACY HOLGUIN
As an independent education consultant, I work with students and families to develop post-high school plans for the student. I believe there is a path for every child to a happy, self-sustaining life, be it a college or a career path. My prior career track was in student development and student affairs management at the higher education level, having led a broad range of student life and academic support teams in the areas of student leadership, mental and physical health, residential life, population-specific support programs, project management, research, strategic planning, and crisis management. Now I am applying my education focus and my management skills in a new area of education. My range of student life experience combined with having served as an academic coach, editor, and college faculty member gives me a great lens through which to help our education planning clients. I am a practitioner that brings theory to life and joy to process.
