My strong leadership skills has enabled me to grow in my career and working for the same company shows my dedication. I have been involved with starting up a Distribution Center network (opening 5 DC’s) which involved implementing a new Warehouse Management System. I was in charge of running a new sq ft Distribution Center for 7 years. I then oversaw the operations, inside sales and logistics of a new business, Commercial MRO (Facilities Supply) within Ferguson. My current role is to oversee our centralized sales support team of 800 associates with a strong dotted line to the field\'s inside sales teams. I have won several awards both personally and professionally throughout my career. The experience and accomplishments I have achieved can be attributed to my interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
