Stacy is a principal in the Dover, Ohio, office of Novogradac, where she specializes in low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC). Her work includes equity fund and property audits, various attestation and consulting engagements, final cost certification audits, and federal, state and local tax services for partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. Stacy works extensively with syndicators, developers, investors and tax credit/property compliance companies. She provides services in LIHTC, real estate partnerships and investments, tax-exempt bond financed developments and project development industries. She has experience with due diligence engagements, nonprofit audits and tax returns, and consolidated entities. Since joining Novogradac in 2012, she has also been involved in conducting U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Multifamily Accelerated Processing Quality Control and Construction Loan Administration reviews for lenders in Sections 221(d)(4) and 223(f) loan programs.In addition, she is involved with internal and external trainings, various industry speaking engagements, and is the firm’s lead of the Novogradac Women & Allies Employee Resource Group. Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing and a minor in economics from Mount Union College, now the University of Mount Union. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Ohio.
