Responsible for tactical and strategic initiatives to strengthen CVG through the growth of new and core markets, employee development, strategy development, leading, and inspiring team members to initiate objectives. Establishes the policies, procedures, reporting and discipline to ensure timely execution and cost control over all new seating programs. Leads the implementation of projects directly in North America and collaboratively in the Asia Pacific region.
