Manager TA • Oversaw a virtual team of Recruiters responsible for sourcing full-time and part-time merchandiser teams within the United States. Assigned hard-to-staff markets and excelled. • Created weekly and monthly focused themes for personal improvement and department growth. The areas of focus were centered around recruiting, onboarding, and accountability. Recruiter TA • Recruited merchandisers for named brand retailers in ID, UT, MT, ND, and SD and overachieved every hiring KPI assigned.
