Inspired by the level of talent in this highly competitive industry and the pathways from frontline to leadership, I went on to pursue a dual degree in business and education policy where I honed my strategic skillset and understanding of the policy environment in the education and workforce sectors. My personal mission is to build equitable processes to develop talent from the classroom to the boardroom. I’m committed to empowering the next generation - nurturing diverse talent pipelines, fostering inclusion, and aligning organizational goals with employee growth.
