ABOUT STACY CONNOLE
With over twenty years of experience as a litigator, my mission is to help people navigate difficult situations, namely dispute resolution, negotiation and employment matters. I provide highly practical guidance to help leaders from all sectors refine their thinking and align their strategy with their values. I formerly held the position of Associate General Counsel at Nordstrom where I worked for ten years as senior employment counsel and the company’s crisis management director. After graduating from Smith College in and the University of Washington School of Law in 2002, I was a litigator at Foster Pepper (now Foster Garvey). I was then at the King County Prosecuting Attorney\'s Office, first in the criminal division, and later as a Senior Deputy Prosecutor in the civil division\'s employment law section. There, I advised several departments on wide-ranging employment issues in addition to managing myriad employment litigation matters. I am currently chair of Seattle\'s public safety civil service commission.
