About Stacy C. Brecht
I’m a commercially minded, access-driven executive with deep expertise at the intersection of oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, and rare diseases. With 20+ years of progressive leadership across market access, pricing, commercialization, and radiopharmaceuticals. I’ve built and led high-impact teams, transformed complex pipelines into launch-ready assets, and unlocked access for life-changing therapies in some of the most complex healthcare environments. My passion lies in creating the infrastructure and strategies that turn scientific innovation into patient outcomes. From field team buildouts and payer negotiations to HEOR, global pricing, and HUB services, I bring a cross-functional mindset that aligns regulatory, clinical, and commercial priorities to one common goal: access without compromise. What sets me apart is my end-to-end experience—spanning diagnostics, theranostics, nuclear medicine, and biologics—combined with an operator’s instinct and a builder’s discipline. I thrive in high-stakes, launch-phase environments where urgency, ethics, and patient focus are non-negotiable.Trusted by C-suites, investors, and global partners, I serve as a strategic integrator and executional lead—delivering measurable value across the access continuum while navigating the complexities of payer policy, provider behavior, and patient affordability.Let’s connect if you’re building something bold, meaningful, and disruptive in healthcare access.
