With more than 15 years of professional experience Ms. Blattner has administered a property management portfolio of over 10 million square feet of retail, office/industrial space, and Property Owners Associations (POA). Her clients have included LNR Partners, Torchlight, CW Capital, Teachers Pension Fund, GE Capital, Capital Partners, and Colony Capital. Ms. Blattner also worked closely with court-appointed receivers to stabilize nonperforming assets and served as Executive Regional Vice President for Integris Realty Services and as a Regional Property Manager with Commerce TNP in Las Vegas. In early 2015, she established the Property Management Division of Community Vision Inc. Through this initiative, Ms. Blattner is looking forward to blending her significant skills and expertise with the most advanced online technologies to ensure enhanced operational efficiencies and subsequent cost savings for her clients.
