Identify data for use during manpower analyses, readiness analyses, and shape changes to policies and processes.Support Naval Aviation Manpower Program Leads and Technical SMEs to develop and translate Sailor experience metrics, including Aviation Manning Experience (AMEX) and Quality of Alignment - Readiness (QR), into automated tools, displays, and products from which further readiness correlation analysis is possible. Assess and advise clients about data requirements, data validity, and potential data work arounds when required. Apply continuous process improvement (CPI) principles to work products and projects, and conduct statistical modeling and analyses to support a data-driven decision-making environment for client leadership. Assist with creating senior-level presentations, papers, and other forms of communication.
