Part of an amazingly creative crew of internal and external communicators serving a growing team of nearly 2,500 employees across North Carolina, who work, literally, 24/7 to make breakthrough medications for millions of people living with serious chronic diseases, like Type 2 diabetes and obesity. This 100-year-old Danish company took a chance on little, rural \'ole Clayton more than 30 years ago, buying a small, dirt-floored pharmaceutical plant.and transformed it into the first-ever U.S. manufacturing facility for Novo Nordisk. North Carolina is now home to three manufacturing sites, two in Clayton and one in Durham - all helping Novo Nordisk serve more patients than ever before.#drivingchange
