ABOUT STACY ANGUS NAGEL

Looker was acquired by Google Cloud in December 2019. Looker is a hyper-growth SaaS company based in Santa Cruz, CA. My role is to build workplaces and promote a culture where our employees can be human, high-performing, and love coming into work every day. By championing workplace experience and office expansions, I manage our global Looker Places team to do the best work of their careers while ensuring Lookers have a first-class and unique Looker employee experience. I’ve always been passionate about all aspects of planning, organization, and problem solving. I’ve used this passion to help teams manage fast-paced office environments, ship high-quality mobile applications, build user communities across social channels, and teach the next generation of teenagers. I’ve led cross-functional teams in startups and big company environments with a strong focus on removing challenges so teams can perform at their highest level. I take pride in being the Swiss army knife of a team, willing to jump from drafting project management plans to heart to hearts with teams about complex issues to fixing expense report concerns and to the all important - making sure there’s food for a late night push. I thrive on managing the details that make everything work smoothly.
