I am a researcher/practitioner with 20 years of practical experience leading systemic transformation in state and county government. I specialize in translating academic research and learning science into tangible, high-impact improvements for public sector agencies, with a focus on public safety agencies.My career has been focused on driving results and improving outcomes from all levels of an organization. I am a respected leader of high-performing teams, skilled in managing multi-million dollar budgets and overseeing large-scale operational planning. I thrive on taking strategic vision and turning it into a successful, sustainable reality.My research agenda is dedicated to Organizational Change and Leadership, with a particular focus on public safety agencies. The overarching goal of my work is to analyze and improve performance in mission-critical environments.
