From Engineering, to Sales to Product Management and into my newest journey as a Program Lead, my career path has taken on a plethora of twists and turns that have privileged me with a variety of unique experiences. These experiences have provided me the perspective to contribute creative solutions to tough problems and the versatility to successfully pivot in dynamic industries where change is characteristic. My personal motto can be summarized in a quote attributed to Albert Einstein,\"Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live it\'s whole life believing that it is stupid.\" My goal as a professional is not only to challenge myself to see the genius in every person I get to work with, but also to commit to doing my part in ensuring that every fish finds its water. Perform onsite project management duties on multimillion dollar Amazon IXD (IAH3) in Houston Texas. Manage relationships with internal and external project stakeholders. This includes but is not limited to mechanical and electrical sub-contractors, Honeywell engineering teams and technical leads, HSE, parts logistics, building general contractor and Amazon operations engineering and project management. Manage and update schedule by leading and co-leading daily stand-up meetings with internal Honeywell team and sub-contractors to ensure consistent and realistic schedule projections. Leverage skillsets from roles in engineering, account management and product to strengthen relationships with all parties and influence project direction.
