Motivated by a good challenge, a blank slate, and an entrepreneurial spirit, I have consistently moved into more challenging roles within new industries. From leading sales and business operations to coaching executive leaders and transforming business processes for nonprofit organizations, I am committed to doing the hard work required to partner with other executives and our people and to improve the professional lives of our teams. Most recently, I have landed in a Chief People Officer position where I leverage my robust business experience and commitment to people to drive organizational change and build capacity among a team of ambitious executives.Some HR leaders struggle to sit at the same table as C-suite executives. I hold my own when talking strategy and growth while ensuring that the entire team moves forward at a consistent and fully aligned pace.
