   Coordinator for the New Employee Recruitment & Development (NERD) program created in September, 2017 to empower and mentor new college grads and early career professionals in the technology arena. The NERD program is an award-winning comprehensive nine-month program, hiring new college graduates and giving them personalized onboarding, extensive training and development on technologies and the soft skills required to be successful in STS (Schwab Technology Services). These hands-in experiences make them successful creators and innovators of tomorrow. Recognized by Forbes.com as a Best Employer for New Grads in Banking and Financial Services in 2021. Developed and branded new process documents for NERD Leadership team that fully outlines the program from the recruiting process through the nine-month candidate experience. Ongoing tracking of various metrics from number of interviews to tracking a candidate through the interview process. Communicate with various levels of management successes and challenges, working in collaboration to find the best solutions and scaling the program. Coordination of interviews, NERD activities, Information Sessions for Hiring Managers and assisting the NERD Leadership team with program updates. Continue to share lessons learned from NERD cohort to cohort with all stakeholders. Key Achievements:*Branding of marketing materials, Schwab Confluence site, email templates and various logos for program usage.*Cultivated relationships Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to target college graduates to specific Schwab Technology Services teams to meet hiring deadlines.*Coordinated 120 interviews between February – May, 2022, effectively communicating between Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, NERD Leadership and NERD Alumni.*Developed new recruiting flyers for campus recruiting events and Computer Science departments.
