Research puts chronic disengagement among high schoolers between 40 and 60 percent. Many of them learn differently, and most will never be identified. I was one of them. When districts work with me, teachers learn to design activities and assessments that require critical thinking AI cannot replicate, use AI to free up time for students, support the kids most likely to fall through the cracks, teach ethical AI use to students, and actually implement the educational technology tools the district has (or will) purchase. I also build a sustainable model inside your school, training and certifying internal trainers so the work continues after I leave.
