I believe that people are a company’s greatest resource, and my actions and leadership style reflect that belief. As a strategic thinker I enjoy bringing order from chaos and turning poor performing teams into highly motivated, empowered teams that produce. I have a passion for taking on tough challenges and turning ill-defined, inefficient assets/processes into effective, profitable ones. My extensive global experience working with teams across energy business sectors of upstream, downstream, and midstream have allowed me to work with diverse people at all levels, from executives to field personnel. I have held both project leadership and functional leadership roles, and supervised teams and influenced projects across the globe from US, Canada, Russia, Southeast Asia, India, Europe and Africa. I am passionate about attracting, retaining and developing people and truly feel that diversity and inclusion efforts are essential to ensure organizations are successful. I have extensive experience recruiting and onboarding new hires and truly love helping them grow in their careers. I was chosen to serve as an inaugural member on the ExxonMobil Upstream Inclusion & Diversity Council which provided me the opportunity to foster employee engagement, build sustainable programs and create an inclusive environment for all employees.
