Create miscellaneous revenue for two Calgary shopping centres, Sunridge and Marlborough Mall. Prospect vendors for all RMU\'s including in-line, cart and kiosk leasing, branded sponsorship\'s, vending and third party media. Responsible for all storage agreements, pylon signage and parking agreements.Negotiate lease rates with potential vendors, document and administer agreements. Work with Property Accountant to ensure accuracy of agreement entry into Yardi accounting system.Sunridge - sf GLA, 48 current SL agreements in place. Exceeded 2023 SL budget by over 2024 Revenue projected to be $300K over plan by year end. In partnership with Leasing, successfully flipped one SL tenant to permanent in 2023.Marlborough Mall - sf GLA, 48 current SL agreements in place. Majority of SL tenants are entrepreneurs, family owned and operated businesses and those who are new to retail. Supporting current retailers through planning a future redevelopment at this property Collaborate with Operations, Leasing, Legal and Marketing to promote timely communication between departments and ensure a positive experience for retail clients.Represent the Centres in the community and build strong, positive external relationships.
