ABOUT STACIE TORLINE

Highly motivated individual with 27 years dedicated to providing high-quality patient care at various levels of acuity. My role as an imaging professional has served to develop an unparalleled level of organization and attention to detail. I am the first and primary means of quality assurance. Each image I acquire must be evaluated to meet strict criteria sets. Once I identify any deficiency and its root cause, I must ensure that the issue is remedied before passing the images on to the interpreting physician. In my leadership roles, I have also been charged with ensuring that the facility and my functional department is compliant with criteria sets enforced by the American College of Radiology (ACR). This governing body requires a global review of the records and image acquisition processes within a facility. Image sets are collected, evaluated, and submitted for review by the ACR to ensure that strict criteria sets have been met. My career path has provided me with an opportunity to develop a broad skill set that facilitates success in any business arena. I am adept at maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency under stressful and time-sensitive circumstances. I am comfortable working independently and serve as a valued member of a team. I am experienced leading fellow staff members through the daily challenges of direct patient care as well as mentoring newer technologists as they develop skills and experience. I am practiced in finding efficient and effective solutions to inter-departmental and cross-departmental challenges. My dedication, experience, and education will allow me to become a welcomed addition to your team.
