Lead/supported process improvement initiatives and projects to triple domestic outbound shipments to support sales growth. Develop metrics, scorecards, dashboards & executive review process to meet & sustain project, or division performance levels. Organizationally responsible for receiving, inventory control, and shipping activities at multiple sites in the US and Canada. Manage projects involving department reorganizations, software upgrades, equipment installations, department/facility relocations and expansions. Facilitate communication and cooperation across the global organization, manufacturing and regional operations, to ensure departments and processes collaborate and synergize to meet corporate objectives.
